REFUNDS

CLOTHING

Returns and exchanges will be accepted within 30 days of purchase. All returns are for a Shop the Nest store credit. Items may be exchanged for a different size if item is available. The cost of return shipping will be $6.00 for any number of items to be deducted from your store credit. All items should be returned with tags in original condition.

ACCESSORIES

Due to hygienic requirements, earrings and hats are non-returnable.

PAINT

Paint that has been damaged in shipping will be replaced at no cost to our customer.  In order to receive replacement, please send a photo of the damage via email to shopthenestal@gmail.com.

*PLEASE NOTE*

Due to recent changes in USPS policy regarding claims, you will unfortunately be required to bring the box with the damaged contents in tact to your nearest Post Office before they will pay our damage claim.  Your cooperation will be greatly appreciated.
